The Center's mission is to improve preK-12 student learning by expanding knowledge and use of evidence-based practices in education.
We conduct rigorous, scientific research to support decisions on school reform, curricular improvements, classroom instruction and integration of technology into teaching and learning. We also design professional development, instruction and support tools to enhance principals' instructional leadership and to facilitate teacher implementation of standards and evidence-based practices in the classroom.
Our work addresses the needs of all students at all grade levels, including students with disabilities and students considered at risk due to economic or other conditions.
